AE098 Tutankhamun's Sarcophagus

This beautifully sculpted sarcophagus is closely based on the actual design of the large oblong carved stone structure that contained the intact mummified remains of the boy Pharaoh within his colourfully-decorated coffin. K&C’s earlier released ‘Tutankhamun’s Mummy’ set AE088 fits neatly inside the sarcophagus making it perfect for Howard Carter and his patron Lord Carnarvon to view for the first time as they enter the burial chamber.
